Attorney Porter is a Senior Staff Attorney in the St. Thomas office of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands. Attorney Porter has served as a Public Service attorney, and Litigator, his entire legal career. In 19 years of legal practice, Attorney Porter has served as a Public Defender, an Assistant County Attorney (prosecutor), and worked as a Legal Aid Attorney. Attorney Porter continues his commitment to public service with us here at Legal Services of the Virgin Islands.

Attorney Stroud serves as the Senior Staff Attorney for the Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc. Attorney Stroud began her career as a Territorial Public Defender in St Thomas and as a solo practitioner in St. Thomas. Prior to joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc., Attorney Stroud was an administrative Law Judge at the Department of Labor and Legal Counsel for the Public Employee Relations Board. Attorney Stroud has been an advocate for the underrepresented in often neglected and forgotten members of the community. Attorney Stroud also serves as the Pro Bono Project Director for LSVI.

Attorney Smith serves as a staff attorney and the Elder Law Project Director in the St. Croix office of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands. She joined the LSVI team in 2025 after relocating from her hometown in Pennsylvania.
She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she was a Senior Staff Editor on the Widener Law Review and a recipient of the Eve Biskind Klothen Student Public Interest Award for her commitment to pro bono service. During law school, she interned with the Office of the Child Advocate in Delaware and worked with MidPenn Legal Services, gaining valuable experience advocating for underserved populations in areas such as child welfare, protection from abuse, and civil legal matters.
Attorney Smith is deeply committed to advancing access to justice, particularly for older adults and vulnerable populations.

Norda Muñoz Davila serves as the Grants Compliance Manager and Communications Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice from the American University, Washington, DC. Prior to joining LSVI she dedicated twenty-six years to the VI Department of Education as a high school Social Studies educator, student mentor and advisor. Norda has a passion for civic education and community advocacy.
Tarsha Matthew joined the team at Legal Services in 2024. Currently, she is a part of the Legal Support team and serves as the Pro Bono Coordinator for the St. Croix office. Tarsha holds over 15 years of experience and has worked at some of the largest legal firms in Florida. She relocated to St. Croix, USVI, in 2021 and worked at Beckstedt & Kuczynski Law as the Legal Assistant to Attorney Carl Beckstedt III. Some areas of practice have been in Foreclosure, Personal Injury, Complex Litigation, Criminal and Family law. Tarsha is passionate about her work. She enjoys helping people and serving the needs of her community.
Sonia Ewers relocated to St. Croix from jamaica in 2015. She is a 2023 graduate of the University of the Virgin Islands where she earned her Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Prior to joining the Legal Services team, she worked as an Accounting Assistant for the Women’s Coalition of St. Croix and a Collection Officer at Mid-Island Federal Credit Union. Sonia loves to pray, sing, and cook. Sonia is employed at Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc. as an Accounting Assistant in its Finance department. She is happy to be a member of the LSVI team!
Cherise Calderon returned to her home on St. Croix in 2023 after raising her children in Orlando, Florida. She earned her first Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Monroe Community College in New York and later earned an additional Associate of Science degree in Medical Office Administration from Valencia College in Florida. Before joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Cherise was employed in the customer service industry for 13 years. Cherise joined LSVI in 2023 as the Executive Assistant to the Director. She is an invaluable asset to the agency and its clients.
Attorney Sanders serves as the territory-wide Litigation Director of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc. Prior to joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Inc., Attorney Sanders worked in private practice in the State of New York, focusing on real property litigation and other types of civil litigation for over 18 years. Attorney Sanders also served as a pro bono volunteer for the New York Unified Court System Access to Justice program. He joined the LSVI team in 2022, when he relocated to St. Croix with his family. He is passionate about seeking justice for underserved populations.

Jennifer Logie, who moved to St. Croix, USVI, from Trinidad in 1995, embodies the spirit of service. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration focused on Human Resources from Colorado Technical University, she has dedicated her career to uplifting others. Before joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, she made a significant impact as a Special Services Coordinator for the Department of Human Services, where she skillfully managed the daily operations of the Homemakers Services Program. Since 2022, as the Senior Medicare Patrol Director at LSVI, Jennifer has passionately worked with senior citizens and caregivers across the territory, empowering them with knowledge about Medicare fraud, errors, and abuse, along with the latest scams. Her commitment shines as she coordinates conferences and workshops, ensuring that the senior population remains informed and supported.
Tiffany Quinland-Henry grew up on the beautiful Island of St. Croix. She is a graduate of the St. Croix Central High School. Before joining Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, Tiffany was a certified teacher at the Cornelius Driving School and a Microsoft instructor at the Mon Bijou Community Center. Tiffany has over 15 years of administrative support experience and joined the LSVI team in November 2018 as Legal Support, Disaster Hotline Operator, and SMP Volunteer Coordinator.
