Economic Stability

LSVI is able to assist with community development matters that directly relate to the basic survival of clients providing economic stability for low-income children, families and individuals. Including assisting with self-sufficiency through employment opportunities, securing unlawfully withheld wages and securing all lawful unemployment benefits for which persons would be eligible.

• Represent clients at wrongful discharge/unemployment hearing
• Advise clients on their legal standing in an employment case
• Assist clients with securing public benefits needed for their survival
