Attorney Bowman serves as a staff attorney in the St. Croix office, having joined the LSVI family in January 2025. Prior to his role with LSVI, he represented the United States Government in real estate transactions involving U.S. border crossings and other sensitive real estate transactions. His work included negotiations with American Indian tribes, the condemnation of easements held by state actors, and disputes involving railroad lands. In addition to his legal career, Attorney Bowman is the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing housing and support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Attorney Bowman honorably served in the U.S. Army for six years before receiving an honorable discharge.
Attorney Bowman has studied internationally, including at the University of London, King’s College, and through programs affiliated with the World Bank in the United Kingdom. He maintains a lifelong commitment to serving the communities from which his roots originate.
