Dawn D. Dyer is the Managing Attorney for the St. Croix and St. Thomas offices of Legal Services of the Virgin Islands. Prior to moving to the Virgin Islands in 2022, she owned and operated a law firm in the State of Maine focusing on family law, real estate, and estate planning. While in Maine, she served as a volunteer attorney on the Cumberland County Domestic Violence Panel. She served as a Guardian ad Litem for Child Protective and Family law matters. She is the recipient of the Katahdin Counsel award for ten years of pro bono service. She has been a Rotarian for many years and currently a member of St. Croix Harborside Rotary Club and a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow Award.
